The Top of the Hill Association (TOH) has more than 200 members who live in the neighborhood defined roughly as Memorial Boulevard to Kay Street, and Bellevue to Eustis Avenues in Newport, Rhode Island. 

 

We cooperate with all those who are interested in the betterment of  Newport and work to maintain and enhance the character and quality of our residential neighborhood. 

 

We host over a dozen membership-wide events annually, including four major functions, as well as offering a multitude of other special interest group activities designed to foster social and cultural interaction based on more defined member interests.
