About the Event
We have made arrangements to have a Community Forum to introduce Colin Kennedy, our new City Manager, at the Newport Public Library in the Friends Meeting Room on Tuesday September 17th at 6:00 pm. Colin will have 2 months under his belt by then and will be sharing his impressions of the City and his initial assessments on the various issues facing us.
He will be accompanied by Mayor Xay Khamsyvoravong. As always, if you are interested in making sure a topic or issue is covered, please send it to me at elkinh@cox.net and I’ll make sure that it is addressed.
