Hello Neighbors! The Newport String Project has just posted the registration for the Newport String Project for the free annual community concert at Ochre Court at Salve Regina University on Sunday March 23rd at 3pm. Register here: 2025 Ochre Court - Web Form

This not-to-be-missed concert, in one of Newport's most iconic settings, will feature music by Florence Price and Samuel Coleridge-Taylor.The Newport String Quartet will be joined by up-and-coming NYC-based clarinetist Katia Waxman for a performance of Samuel Coleridge-Taylor's extraordinary Clarinet Quintet.
These have always filled to capacity, so be sure to register and not miss what promises to be a delightful afternoon! We look forward to seeing you at the concert and any critical-mass ToH gathering after.
UPDATE - per the NSP webpage, the concert this coming Sunday, March 23 is now at capacity, but additional space notifications will be available on Saturday - and perhaps some on site capacity will be made available on Sunday - see Concerts — The Newport String Project.
