The Newport String Quartet performs in Jamestown & Newport
The Newport String Project continues its signature Newport County Concert Series on Saturday, February 8th at 3pm at Jamestown Arts Center and Sunday, February 9th at 3pm at Trinity Church (Honyman Hall). This vibrant program will feature the project’s resident ensemble, the Newport String Quartet, performing works by Purcell, Beethoven, Shostakovich, Jacquet de la Guerre, O’Carolan and Tabakova.
The concert was wonderful as always. Nice to see familiar faces too.
